We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase.
Should you wish to exchange a non-defective product within 7-days of the date that it was delivered, please retain the product in its original packaging, with labels attached, and do not wear the product at all.
- To arrange an exchange, you can contact Everli at email@example.com to check on stock availability.
- Please note that the courier cost for the exchange would be for your account.
- While we will do our best to accommodate exchanges of size, please be sure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order as garments are very limited and we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange.
- Waterlili Swim returns – Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot offer a refund on garments that have had the hygiene sticker removed. Please leave this intact until you are 100% sure about your purchase.
- If you wish to exchange please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment received.
- Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days.
- All our products are quality checked before leaving our premise.
- In the event that there is a fault with your purchased product, we sincerely apologize for this oversight. We will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective.
- Please note however that we will not replace/refund a garment that is damaged due to negligence.
- Please send us a picture of the defect when sending through your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assess and do everything we can to make this an easy process.
