How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders that have all the products in stock will take, from receipt of proof of payment, approx 3-5 working days to be sent to major cities and approx 3-7 working days to be sent to outlying areas.

If you require a rush order, you can email us on info@everlibaby.com and we will discuss rush order options with you.

We deliver nationwide using local courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

All Everli garments are handmade and hand dyed. Our website will reflect the availability of stock. On the very rare occasion that a product ordered by you is indeed out of stock, an Everli representative will get into contact with you. Production can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery will take between 3 – 7 working days, depending on the shipping address.

A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.

How will my order be shipped?

We send all orders via courier – The Courier Guy/ Fastway to all major cities (takes approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of proof of payment) and Aramex to all outlying areas (takes approximately 3-7 working days from receipt of proof of payment).  We charge a fee of R95 for all orders under R950.  Orders over R950 will receive free delivery.

Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. If an order is made on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will only be processed on the following Monday.

Can I collect my order?

If you are based in PTA and would like to collect your parcel from our home-based office in Faerie Glen, Pretoria you can arrange to do so by sending an email to info@everlibaby.com before placing an order. An Everli representative will contact you to arrange a mutually beneficial date and time for collection.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes of course! You can purchase cards online (here-Link). Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Once purchased your gift card will be emailed directly to you and can only be used on everlibaby.com – Gift cards are valid for a 2 year expiry.

What makes Everli special?

Our garments are proudly manufactured in South Africa, enabling us to empower and support fellow local small tradesmen to grow our businesses together. We strive to source most of our raw material locally. 

We strive to use 100% natural fabrics including bamboo and cotton that are not only sustainable, but ensure that your baby grows up in a greener future.

Bamboo’s thermal regulating nature will keep your little one comfortable while warm in cool weather and cool in warm weather at all times.

Cotton’s nature permits it to absorb your baby’s body moisture easily while being nonirritant to their delicate skin.

Most of our garments have a touch of super soft, unique cotton lace and are hand-dyed with a non-toxic, virtually odor-free with low volatile organic compounds dye to ensure the natural fabrics we use keep it’s good properties for your little’s delicate skin.

Dressing your baby in unique and comfortable garments is our priority.

My product is faulty?

All our products are quality checked before leaving our premises. In the event that there is a fault with your purchased product, we sincerely apologize for this oversight. We will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective. Please note however that we will not replace/refund a garment that is damaged due to negligence. Please send us a picture of the defect when sending through your email to info@everlibaby.com. We will assess and do everything we can to make this an easy process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of payment received as parcels may already be dispatched thereafter.

Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% fee that will be passed on to the customer.  This fee is what our web host charges us to process your payments and orders. Upon canceling an order we will no longer get this fee back. Refunds will be made within 7 working days.

I would like to exchange my Everli Garment?

We want you and your little angel to be completely happy with your purchase.

Should you wish to exchange a non-defective product within 7-days of the date that it was delivered, please retain the product in its original packaging, with labels attached, and do not wear the product at all.

To arrange an exchange, you can contact Everli at orders@everlibaby.com to check on stock availability.

Please note that the courier cost for the exchange would be for your account. Or you can arrange with us to exchange the product in-person at our home-based office in Faerie Glen.

While we will do our best to accommodate exchanges of size, please be sure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order as our garments are exclusive and produced in small quantities and we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange.

If you wish to exchange please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Please note Sale Items and Free Gifts may not be returned.

Can I place an order for delivery in another country?

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number and the details of the Courier Services used for shipment.

What is the fit of Everli garments?

All items are true to size based on an average sized child.  Refer to our size guide to help you make the correct decision for your child.

Everli produces certain items in small quantities, making them exclusive and subject to availability.  On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock it will take approx 21 working days as all our products are handmade with love and care and this could take some time.

Can I buy and deliver to a different address?

Yes you can. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘home address’ field upon placing your order. The recipient will be asked for proof of identity upon delivery.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email from us stating that you order has been sent and you will be sent a waybill number/tracking number to track your parcel’s delivery status.

I would like to buy a friend a gift, can you send the parcel directly to them?

Definitely. Please make a note in the comment section and add your friend’s address in the delivery address. No invoices will be added with the parcel. All Everli orders are wrapped with love in tissue paper and an exclusive Everli gift bag including a handwritten note to the little girl. You can add a personalized gift message that will be hand-written on a custom Everli card. Please type your message on the comment section or send it through to info@everlibaby.com.

How do I take care of my Everli Garment?

We know you want your little ones to be as snug as a bug. Ensure that they stay comfortable and keep putting their best little feet forward by following the Everli Baby garment care guidelines:

It is important to always check the individual care instructions attached before washing your garment. Washing with detergents that are kind to the environment is the best way to care for your Everli Baby garment.

  • Machine wash inside out in cold water with similar colours
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not use spot removers
  • Line dry inside out and away from direct sunlight
  • Do not iron lace
  • Use a cool iron
Everli Baby Shoes

All Everli Baby shoes are hand made from high quality genuine leather and suede. As with all high quality leather and suede items, they should be cleaned regularly. We recommend using a good leather cleaner, or alternatively use a soft damp cloth with mild soap to gently dab or wipe dirt off the shoe.

Everli Bibs

Our bibs are made to accessorize and protect a baby’s outfit. We do not recommend using your Everli bibs during meal time.
